Registration for the Summer Institute will be open from March 1 through June 10, 2020.
By registering for the 2020 Nitartha Summer Institute, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. Please note the given deadlines.
Payment & Deadlines
All payments are made in full when registering for the Summer Institute unless a PPFA (Payment Plan/Financial Assistance) is approved (see below). No refunds will be given should participants choose to leave early or arrive late.
Early bird registration:
Register by May 10 and save $50 per session — save $100 for 2 sessions!
Participants with limited funds can apply for a payment plan or financial assistance (PPFA). You can choose to pay in installments prior to the Summer Institute. Applications will be reviewed (usually within 14 days). Discounts are only available for tuition (maximum 50%), not for housing or meals.

Changes to Meal and Housing Plans
Meal plans and housing are paid for when registering. Lunch is required for those staying on campus. Participants can change their meal plans up to 15 days before the start of the program, if needed. Room preferences can be requested on the registration form. We will make every attempt to accommodate those preferences. Housing changes can also be made up to 15 days before the program start. For changes to meals or housing please contact the registrar (email@example.com).
Cancellations need to be requested in writing by email to Nitartha’s registrar, Elena Weiss firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the program that a student registered for:
Full refund of tuition, housing and meals, minus a US$ 50 processing fee.
Cancellation 15–30 days prior to program start date:
Full refund of housing and meals and 50% of tuition refunded.
Cancellation within 15 days of the start of the session start date or after the session has started:
No refund given.
Tuition deposits that are required when registering for pre-summer courses are non-refundable.
