Accommodations at Western Washington University in Bellingham require students to pre-pay a Meal Plan with WWU. WWU does not allow program participants to pay at the door as walk-in. After you have registered to attend Nitartha Summer Institute, you will receive a link to choose a Meal Plan. The deadline is May 31st.

As an alternative to a Meal Plan, you can pre-pay for Dining Dollars Cards (minimum amount $20 per session). These cards can be used at coffee shops and the marketplace on campus, Monday-Friday, 7:30am–2:00pm. Please note if you choose only Dining Dollars Card, you will need to arrange off-campus meals during weekends.

Please note kitchen facilities are very limited in the dorms. No pots, pans or utensils are provided and there is no food storage (including no refrigerators) for student use. Meal Plans do not include meals on days off (7/16, 7/21, 7/26); participants are invited to explore food options in Bellingham and New Haven on these days.

Unused meals and dining dollars are non-refundable. Please refer to FAQ section for more information.
